Historical question
I was researching the historical records. I tried to look up William Newton born February 26th, 1765 and died on December 26th, 1814 but could not find anything. The type of record I was looking for was one that might have his father John Millard Newton or his mother Mary Thomas. I saw on Ancestry an obituary and went here to ask if it is possible for someone to access it because I am not a member, and I saw a screenshot from my cousin's family tree. If anyone is able to get it viewable or obtain a document listing who William parents are I am appreciate it greatly.

That obituary is an image attached to a tree rather than a record resident on Ancestry, and, therefore, does not have the "share" option available. For someone with an Ancestry subscription to download the image and distribute it would be a violation of the terms of service every subscriber signs and but few read.
It is from the Thursday, 29 Dec 1814 edition of the "Alexandria Gazette (Alexandria, VA). It does not mention the names of his parents or other family.
Many/most public libraries offer free access to Ancestry, and you could view the obituary there.
