Bloodline Printing
It would be wonderful if one could print a bloodline. Example: I designate My ancestor -Máel Dúin macMáel Fithrich King of Ailech Male 0620 – 0681AD • G6KY-CX1 as the beginning point. My ancestor king Conaire Mor ui Eremoin MacEtersceoil Male 0110 BC – 0039 BC • L2YP-JLK as ending point. Then print everybody in between the starting and the ending point as one log continuous line with may five or six names per page. I would make it easier to keep track of where you are or who you researching as to where they fit in in your entire tree. Please add AD to the years to simplify the year question.

As suspected, the Wiki page for Conaire Mor contains the wording... "according to medieval Irish legend...."
There are a number of these unproven, mythical branches to be found in Family Tree - usually relating to Scandinavia - so I believe it would be little more that a bit of innocent fun for anybody living in the 21st century to connect to such characters.
I have had a quick look at some of these profiles and obviously people have spent a lot of time and effort in compiling / transferring these branches to Family Tree and see no hard evidence to prove actual historical existence of these characters: but I guess meeting your request would produce a "documented tree" which ostensibly would appear pretty impressive.

Setting aside questions about the reliability of entries in Family Tree that far back, here are a couple of thoughts.
First, to answer your final minor suggestion, it is a strong convention for AD years to omit the AD. As I write this on 16 July 2023 it would be rather tedious for me to need to write 16 July 2023 AD. Everyone assumes that years without BC explicitly noted are AD. FamilySearch follows that convention.
A capability very close to what you are asking for is already provided by relativefinder.org, a site that uses Family Tree to find relationships. You can enter any two PIDs using the Connect | Two Deceased People option and see how they are related. The report that is produced shows all the intermediate people. I couldn't see any relationship for the two PIDs you provided, but here's how the first PID is related to someone else in his bloodline:
