Problem accessing family data in German Church Records
I have been researching the Church Records for Gamshurst, Baden, Germany for my Volz and Bechtel ancestors. Until recently no problems. Now when I search for Bechtel family members Family Search returns message saying "No Results Found" and that an error had occurred. Other family names work fine. How can I resolve this so I can continue my research?

You may also want to post this in the German Group in Community. Go to "Community" and in the Group Search bar put "Germany". Click the "Join" button and follow the directions. Then
- Go to "Discussions"
- Click the 3 dots and click "Ask A Question"
- In the small rectangle say something like "Researching Church records for Gamshurst, Baden, Germany"
- In the large rectangle, please put as much detail as possible. A link to the record is recommended, even though it does not work for you. A snip of "No Results Found" is also recommended, so they can replicate the problem. Then they can report or help you resolve. PaulaAnn (I am the moderator of that group)
- In the FamilySearch Wiki here is the link to the Gamshurst, Baden, Germany records https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Gamshurst,_Baden,_Germany.

I just replicated this - i.e., plenty of results when searching on VOLZ, but none for BECHTEL.
Do you have any examples relating to when you previously did find BECHTEL instances using this location? From a search just using "Germany" as the place name I got just 125 results - a handful relating to German census records, the rest all to events (marriage & census) that took place in the United States. Perhaps you can find examples from FamilySearch sources you have attached to your BECHTEL relatives in the past.
(The nearest matches I could find included (relating to Gamshurst) were: BERSTEL, BRECHTEL, BESTEL, BUCHTEL, BEHTEL and BACHTEL.)

@DanielWedig We've been seeing similar issue with record search lately and have reported them to the folks who can investigate and get things working again. I'd like to add your example to the report we sent in. Can you provide just a few more details? You indicated that you are searching Church Records for Gamshurst, Baden, Germany for my Volz and Bechtel ancestors. How are you conducting your search? For example, do you click Search and then Records and enter names and a place and maybe a date range? Or are you going to a specific record collection and searching it? The more details you can provide, the easier it will be to nail this problem down. I'll await additional details from you before adding your example to the report.
