Suddenly getting "This person does not exist, has been removed, or is restricted" message

Today for the second time, I received the message "This person does not exist, has been removed, or is restricted in FamilySearch" when trying to view the person page. Just minutes before, I was on the person page adding vital statistics. The person ID is GJXX-GW5. I'm scratching my head on this one. By the way, the same thing happened to me a couple weeks ago. Any insights? Thank you.

It's probably the result of a momentary connectivity glitch: either your browser got impatient, or FS's server got lazy, or both. If simply reloading/refreshing the page doesn't help, then you may need to give your browser a thump on the head, in the form of clearing your FS-related browsing history (cache and cookies). (Your browser is just trying to be helpful, saving you time and/or bandwidth by saving parts of webpages and using the saved files instead of fetching new copies, but this is undesirable when those saved files are wrong/corrupted/incomplete.)

I also see that error message occasionally. Generally, it clears itself in a moment. If not, as Julia suggests, clearing cache/cookies will sort it.

Thank you both. I had tried refreshing, which did not help. However, just waiting several minutes and going back to the person page did the trick. Thanks for the suggestions.
