Does anybody know of anyone that will review records that can only be viewed at the library, either as a volunteer or as a paid researcher?

Thanks

Take a look at the list of SLC researchers on Cyndi's List, as a starting point. https://www.cyndislist.com/us/ut/professionals/

You perhaps could also enquire at the Library itself . Many libraries keep a list of people who will do research at their library.
