Does this batch qualify under the rule: "Do not index correspondence or other legal documents?' Should I indicate, "No, No Extractable Data"? They are very difficult to make a judgement.

    I think you are correct to mark them No since they are legal correspondence and don't have anything to do with naturalizations.

    These are court cases and do fall under the legal documents rule. You will mark the entire batch as NNED.
