I am a reviewer and I just want to make sure I am reviewing this project correctly. I am finding so many mistakes that are being made by indexer, I almost wonder if I know what I am doing. Many indexers are adding extra entries. My understanding is we are supposed to have only one entry per image. If there are two uncovered documents we should choose the one with the most recent date. Is that correct?

Unfortunately, the mistakes are either caused by inexperience, not reading the Project Instructions, not caring or a combination of all three. I understand the need to help, but it just takes a few moments to read through the PI. I've had mistakes in every project that I've indexed, even ones labeled Beginner, so it's not just this project. It's frustrating to see the mistakes that can be avoided by a few minutes of reading.

You are correct on the most recent date. From the PI:

When more than one document is shown in one image, index the document with the most recent or latest date.
