How do I get back into the system?

For several years I could ask the Swiss Community questions and would receive answers/help back. In the beginning I sent the URL to be read. They were read by people in the US I believe. Then the system changed to where I would send a clip of the record to be read by a man in Switzerland. I don't have their names here in front of me, but I could look them up.

I have several swiss records where I need help reading part of the entries. How do I get help now from the Swiss Community?
