Why did schedule a call get removed from the United States and Canada contact us page?

I am a family history consultant and referred many individuals to schedule a call with support in my area. I know many people who enjoyed that feature and I noticed that it is now gone from the contact us page. It is very disappointing that it has been removed as a contact option.

    Not exactly what you are looking for but maybe helpful. Go to Help and Learning > One-on-One Help > Schedule a Research Consultation.

    @Akortha, Odafe Alexander Hi welcome to FamilySearch community and asking your question about schedule a call You are right it has been removed. It was removed because of low usage and higher work load per call to maintain We invite those who have used schedule a call to call 1-800-406-1830 during our regular hours of 8am to 8pm Monday thru Saturday and 1pm to 8pm on Sunday.
