I'm trying to recover my daughter's FamilySearch account but have been unsuccessful
I'm trying to recover my teenage daughter's FamilySearch account but it's not working. She currently has a FamilySearch account that's not linked to her Membership Record Number (MRN).
When I tried adding the MRN to her FamilySearch account, it says there's already an account linked to that MRN.
I've used the mobile and email recovery options but have been unsuccessful in helping my daughter locate her FamilySearch account linked to her MRN.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hi Theresa. Welcome to family search community and asking your question about account recovery. Since the recovery methods didn’t work, you will need to contact support. If you are in North America, you can call 1-800-406-1830 8am to 8pm MT. If you are in another area, please select help- contact us - select your region - and select to contact support.

Hello Wayland,
When signing into an account, have you tried using the "forgot username" and "forgot password", you usually get an email sent to the persons phone/email, with a username first, then the password, (numbers and alphabets mixed) which can be corrected.
Try this first.

Not sure what are getting at. The guest stated she had tried the recovery options and they didn’t work. That is why I stated she needed to contact support.
