Is the below available for viewing through a familysearch center?
- The below is what I assume is the image files for Slovak church books, Roman Catholic, Sobrance, Tibava. When clicked on, it says the records are not available for online viewing
- Baptisms (Krsty) 1879-1883, Marriages (Manželstvá) 1837-1871 Deaths (Úmrtia) 1837-1885, Marriages (Manželstvá) 1872-1931

To the best of my knowledge, the film reel icon in the catalog (now) means "not online", and is not used for image groups that are available online in some circumstances. If the image group were available at FHCs, it would use the camera-with-key icon, and the access message on clicking it would be one of the "Images Available [if...]" ones.
However, the catalog is now getting rather stale, and my impression may be incorrect, so it may be worth a check at an FHC. (Unfortunately, I can't help with that; the nearest ones to me are an hour's drive or more and only open for short periods one or two days a week.)

I've already put it on my list to check on my next visit to my FSC - one day this coming week.

I am not connected with FamilySearch
The catalog entry is https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/720613 which shows three microfilms, two of which are available to view on Home computers.
The microfilm not available 1794077 DGS 4406954 from the contents description does not look as though it would be restricted on privacy grounds, and does not appear to contain any other items (which could in turn be restricted on privacy grounds). The filming appears to have been done in 1993, so this is not a new record. It is therefore possible that this microfilm should be available without restriction. I suggest writing to the FamilySearch Library at FHL-SLC-FilmRequests@churchofjesuschrist.org as set out in
I suspect viewing the film at a FamilySearch Center will not make a difference.

And I have verified that film is not available to view at my FSC when logged in through the portal. I didn't think it would be, but it's always worth a quick check.
