#46 shows Joseph Davis, President, Middleton Bank as the mortgagee. Should the indexer have indexed Davis and Middleton Bank as separate entries instead of together?

Thank you for your help on this?

I would index the name in the given name and surname fields and bank name as an Organization. He was acting as a representative of the bank. There is really no need to create a separate entry. The person who finds the record on a search will see the image.
