The option is right there to print the submitter's name or not. Just make sure the box next to the option to print the name is checked.

Currently (as of yesterday) the submitter name printed on the temple family card is taken from Settings > Profile > Name field, which can be an alias, possibly cryptic and or a creative “name”.
IMO from a temple worker’s perspective, the submitter’s real name should be on the temple card, not some pseudonym. It should be taken from the Settings > Account >Full Name field, where I believe it was taken previously.

The OP is asking that the rest of the information be put back on the card. It used to include address information. I second that.

Hi. The decision to remove contact info from the family name cards came from the Temple Department and will not be changed. The name that should show is your Profile Name in FamilySearch. You are welcome to change what name shows on family name cards cards. Go to https://www.familysearch.org/identity/settings/profile, click EDIT to the right of Details to change the Name. For more details see the the article How do I correct how my name is printed on family name cards.
