If a project has 2 images for the same person, do I use the information on image 2 to complete fields on image 1? And then skip the Image 2 fields completely?

The answer will differ depending on which project you are working on and the instructions for that particular project.
You will need to share your batch code, which is the group of letters and numbers at the end of your project title. Something like (XY7T-SR3)
That will allow others to see what you are working on and give you an appropriate answer.🙂

The two images in the batch i received are a petition for naturalization and an oath of allegiance - both for the same person. What do I do with the entries tied to the second image which doesn't have additional information that is incremental to what can be found on the petition for naturalization. Do I delete the entries. If so, what do I put as the status of the image for them

@melissajanecrompton1, both petitions and oaths are among the types of documents that are indexed. Regardless of how they fall within a batch, they're indexed as separate documents, so you'd answer "yes" for both images in Step 1, and enter one record for each image. There are examples of how to index both types of documents in the project instructions. I believe all of the naturalization projects default to two records per image, so you'll need to delete one extra for each image.
