New York natralization records

I have found several documents where there are two numbers some times three on the right top side next to (no.)

I don't know whether to list the other numbers place (or) between them or pick one number

    I think if you pick the last sequential number it will be best. These seem to get new numbers every time there is a petition filed if the other one has expired. We can't search on record numbers so when the researchers finds the image, they can decipher the numbers for themselves.
