I can not recover my family tree I set up in 2021

Did you upload a tree/GEDCOM to Genealogies or did you contribute to the collaborative FamilySearch Family Tree?
Are you logged in using the same username and password you used in 2021?

If you're referring to the collaborative Family Tree on FamilySearch, then as Áine says, your work on your own profile and on any living relatives that you may have entered is only accessible using the same account that you used for entering them. However, even if you cannot access that account, all is not lost: all of your work on your deceased relatives is still there, although it may have since been edited by other users.
If the problem is, indeed, an old account that you cannot get into, then you'll simply need to connect your new account to your deceased relatives. This will involve adding profiles for the living people between you and your nearest deceased relatives, but these living profiles need not have anything more than the person's given name -- you're the only one who will ever see them, and even that is only if you're logged in with the same account.

It looks like you have detached yourself from the records of your parents.
Go to your person page and view Latest Changes on the right side. Click Show All at the bottom and it will show you the details of changes made. Your parents' PIDs appear there. You can easily re-attach yourself to the correct ones and then you will be able to see the rest of your tree.

@carolHESS7 if you remember your login and perhaps lost your password or either, you can contact FamilySearch and if you remember the email attached to that account, they may be able to help you recover it. (866) 406-1830

Since Carol has not returned, I supposed it's all moot.
