Add Fiance relationship

From what I have been able to search and questions to my local Family History members, there is no place to add a Fiance relationship. It seems to me that this could be added to the "Other Relationships" section until such time that the marriage takes place and said person could be added as a Spouse.

Maybe I'm missing something, but even when I try to search, nothing comes up under "fiance".

"Until such time that the marriage takes place"?? The Family Tree is for recording the lives of deceased people, so this makes no sense.

FamilySearch is no place to track current events. First of all, no one will be able to see any information, sources or memories you have on living people but you. You will not be able to share it with anyone. The PIDs of living people do not show up in search results. Second of all, when you become deceased, there is a very good chance no one will EVER see the information you have on living people, EVER. Please track all current family information offline.
