I am helping a Sister with her family history on Family Search. Judith Prante is trying to do her aunts work in the Temple and everything is yellow. It ways to contact Family Search and also says this: "This person's ordinance status is not available." We called Family Search and there is a two hour waiting list. Can you help us with this? Have the person you are helping go to the FamilySearch Community Temple category: https://community.familysearch.org/en/categories/temple
Click on "Ask a Question" and have them create a post with the name of the Tree person in question and the notice about contacting FamilySearch regarding ordinances. Someone will respond.
