When I review , for example, a Petition for Naturalization, and an Oath of Allegiance (OA) accompanies it, if the OA doesn't provide any additional information, should I not index the OA, but mark it NO, No Extractable Data?

I am a bit confused a bit in this case about when to index several images onto the same indexing field.

The Oath of Allegiance is to be indexed and reviewed by following the How To Index an Oath of Allegiance example in the Project Instructions. It is part of the "second step" in the naturalization process; the applicant is declaring their allegiance to the US and are renouncing all other allegiances (mainly to their home country). Even though they are part of the same step, the OOA and PET have different dates (the OOA is generally at least a month after the PET date).

The only time the OOA will be marked as NNED is when both the applicant signature and the date--either full or partial--is not supplied.
