Preventing destructive behavior to the family tree

I have seen cases where a single person intentionally destroyed a family's tree by deleting all relationships and detaching all sources. Family Search should construct safeguards to prevent this type of behavior (ex. limit number of deletions per day). There should also be a monitoring function to identify bad actors who are making malicious changes to the tree. The majority of people contributing to the site work collaboratively and are respectful. There should be proactive measures to root out bad behavior and stop it.
