How do I find my mothers and my Italian birth records

My fathers ancestry for his parents is done but my mothers nothing . She was married to my father( Italian American soldier in 1945 in Naples, Italy. My mothers family live in Italy. She is only one that was in US

    For Napoli records you need to know which quartiere of the city the event took place (Avvocata, Chiaia, San Ferdinando, etc.) because the records are organized by quartiere. Also most city of Napoli records after 1865 are not available online anyway; there are a handful from 1866-1900. For anything after that you must contact the city of Napoli directly (and you must make your request to the Municipalità that holds the records you seek, unless you are a citizen with a codice fiscale and can use their online request system to get an electronic copy):
