Antigua and Barbuda—Civil Registration, 1856–1979[MQWV-CPN]

Need help on image 4. Any idea on what illy means?

Need help on image 6. Can you read the surname correctly? I can see the first letters are

Green but can't make out the last part of the name. Thank you for your help.

illy means gravely, severely, poorly in the language. No idea what it means on these records, except it is interesting they are all babes. On record 6, I see Greenaway, but, would probably index it as Greena*y since I'm not 100% sure of the middle letters.
