While signed in, click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen, then choose Settings. Then on the Account tab, change your Recovery Email. This is the email address that FamilySearch uses to communicate with you. See https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-update-contact-information-on-my-account

You may also have an email address specified in the Profile section of Settings (under Contact). This only matters if you have chosen to make it public so that other users can contact you by email.
