3rd example in Project Instructions shows not to index the surname for the parents for that type of form. Field Helps for parents' surnames also says, "Do not assume a surname from the surnames of others mentioned in the document." I know there have been other projects where the surname is applied to all when written at the beginning of the line, but this project says otherwise.
