multiple spellings

Please tell me what to do with the multiple name spellings on Virginia birth records MQ7Z-QJ1 Thanks again for your help.

    Generally speaking, we separate by the word Or, but in this case, we follow example 2 in the Project Instructions.

    Thankfully I have been doing what example 2 shows and I didn't know for certain. It took your answer to point me to the instructions. If all else fails, read the instructions. Thank you erutherford for answering so quickly. Have a nice Sabbath day.

    @MaryAnneReynoldsSmith, Please delete all your entries to remove the unnecessary blanks, then start again with your first entry which is correct. You can then add 59 entries to give you a total of 60 instead of 100 available - don't worry I counted :) Then take a look at my batch MQ7Z-WN3 to see how I rearranged the entry boxes to make this batch easier. Hope this helps 😎
