Approve some proxies

I am connecting from a government computer which uses a proxy (VPN) to protect us from threats. Familysearch.org blocks my access to the site due to this.

This request was blocked by our security service

Your IP: 168.245.155.5

Proxy IP: 45.223.160.251 (ID 10488-100)

Incident ID: 488001080316899672-519590721001888515

I'm also unable to access "contact me", as it gives the same error.

I'm getting this without a VPN, without a proxy, without extensions, without anything that the checklist tells you to check for. Not constantly, only after working for a couple hours. Imperva is garbage.

I'm also seeing record searches just completely stop working. The search results will just show pulsing gray lines as if the actual results are never received from the server. Site stability hasn't really gone out the window since the UI overhaul.
