New Homepage "Recent People" List
It seems the new version of "Recent People" is not including the "Living" profiles I have visited.
The old version did, and still does after turning off the New Homepage.
As a means to keep track of, and go back to, profiles you have worked on this is a useful element.
Please include this on the New Homepage.
It's not just the homepage's Recents pane that's skipping the living people: there's no sign of anyone living (besides yourself) on both the Recents page that you get to from the link at the top of the homepage, and the drop-down list that you get from the link at the top of Tree pages.
It doesn't much affect me -- I've entered a grand total of six living profiles -- but it does seem to be an odd decision (if, indeed, it was a decision, and not an unintended consequence of something else).
There is a fairly simple workaround, though: just go to your "My Contributions" page and choose the "Private People" tab. Every living person you've entered will be there.1
You can click on this URL link Recents feature in Family Tree • FamilySearch
I hope this help you out to0
@DavidJohnson The directions in that link also do not lead to living people, which was the question.1
@MalPitt You may want to ask about this in the group about the new person page. https://community.familysearch.org/en/group/316-new-person-page2
