I am not familiar with Chinese names.

Also, what would be the occupation of the child?

From the What To Remember About This Project section of the Project Instructions:

    • When indexing Chinese names in this project, record the full name in the Given Names field unless the document specifies the surname.

The person's given name will be Chung Gai Yow and the surname is left blank. The occupation is what it says, "Child".

The pop up says you don't need to separately index the given and surnames if the surname is not clearly listed:

    • When indexing Chinese names in this project, record the full name in the Given Names field unless the document specifies the surname.

I think you could type what you see for occupation - Child. Or you could mark it blank.
