I tried to book an online consultation. It took me 30 minutes to answer all the questions asked - mostly all the resources I've already consulted. When I submitted the request the machine said my chosen time was gone, pick another BUT THE MACHINE ERASED MY FORM!!!

WHY couldn't you simply offer me another time choice? WHY did you have to reduce me to tears? WHY are you using such an archaic and un-user friendly form?
