Person messing up Schultz/Shultz immigrant families in the United States
In my research of the descendants of the Coffeen family of Cramahe, Canada, I came across a marriage between an Emily Schultz and Raymond Coffeen. I was at first stumped as to the parentage of this Emily Schultz as the records didn't first give an easy answer as to who her parents were: the usual databases didn't have entries. In that quest to find her parents, I researched dozens and dozens of Coffeen families in the Detroit area of Michigan, only to find that another user had also done the same. However, this user attaches random records to random Schultz families with no concern for whether or not they are even located in the right area, the names match, etc. I messaged this user about 2 months ago with concerns about making sure the right records are attached to the right family, but I recently have gotten notifications that more records are being attached to that profile (and parents being added) that don't add up. I don't know the best way forward, because I already spent dozens of hours trying to fix the messes this person has made mixing families together, confusing parents and messing up marriages. I followed Emily's profile, but this user seems to be related to some Schultz family and has edited just about every Schultz profile I have found on the website.

It's possible to "Report Abuse" on a profile or several profiles, but be prepared to spend a lot of time and possibly be frustrated when the reply is "That's not abuse. That is just a difference of opinion."
