Please add more filter options for searching
It would be helpful if I could search within a specific group or filter out certain groups or types of questions. When searching for answers to a research or family tree question I will invariably get results that are answers to indexing questions instead of an answer to my research or family tree question. Sometimes I am having to go through dozens of answered questions that are not applicable simply because I can’t filter out a group, nor can I search in just one specific group. Adding these filter options would be very helpful and it would make the groups more usable. In addition, please add a search bar within all the groups where we can search only in that group from the group home page. This would be similar to what you see within Facebook groups. If you go to a Facebook group you belong to, almost always there is a search option to search just within that group.

Well, I think it does that.
If you go to Search > Records, and type in minimal information, such as surname "Smith" and date of death 1915-1920, you can click search and you get the results which also have collection categories across the top. If I then click "death", it will give me location filters to apply, such as "United States of America", and if I click that then US states and territories come up and if I then click "Virginia", all the county and independent cities come up, and I can continue filtering my results further and further down to the township level.
Is this not what you are asking for?
