You say only "4 kids", but how about Timothy Joseph May GH47-PZ6? His marriage appears to show your grandparents to be his parents.

Indeed, Alice May (shown in an obituary as Mrs Alice Kraus, sister of a Jack E. May) and Margaret May (also shown as a sister of Jack, in the name of Margaret Maloney) do not appear to be part of this family. In which case, you can detach them from a relationship with these parents. One by one, click on the pencil icon alongside their names, which will produce this page (for Alice):

For Alice (and later for Margaret) click on REMOVE OR REPLACE, then check the box on the next page and (unless you can discover the identity of Alice, then Margaret) REMOVE PARENTS. Finally, on the REMOVE PERSON page, provide a reason statement for detaching them from these parents and click REMOVE, so Alice (then Margaret) will completely disappear from your family.
