Add "Print Contact" in Ordinances Ready
In helping Ward members print cards to take to Temple we suggest using "Ordnance Ready" tab. For the most part this works fine, but sometimes the cards do not print the persons name that is requesting the cards. The option to "print Contact Information on card' is not there. I now know after calling the help line that option is available in choice "My reservations", after I select a name.. I suggest that the option be added under choice "Ordnance Ready"
Having contact information (name) on card helps Temple Workers, especially when several groups are in the Sealing Room.
Thank you

Hello, George!
Thank you for your suggestion to add the choice to print the contact name on the temple ordinance cards when using the Ordinances Ready tool. You said "Having contact information (name) on card helps Temple Workers." To provide some additional context for the team that works on the Ordinances Ready tool, can you share additional information on how the printed contact name helps temple workers? Why it is important to have the name printed on the cards?

I can help provide context about having names on cards during sealings. When we attend our sealing appointment, in addition to my husband and I there are 4 other people in the sealing time slot. Oftentimes at least 3 people or more have brought family cards. The sealer separates them by name of the person who brought them in columns on their table. Then in each column they are separated by male SP, female SP, and couple SS. The sealer tries to rotate through the cards to give all who brought cards equal opportunity. Typically when a couple is at the altar, he will use their cards (with their contact name on them). It is really confusing when the cards have no names on them. It makes it difficult to keep them organized during that one hour sealing appointment.
Also, if that patron decides they want to pick up their card from the recorders office, it cannot be located since it has no contact name on it.
