A more effective Campaign Hints dialog

I find the Campaign Hints dialog useful. Except!

  1. If I get a hint and that hint is already attached to another user who is not a duplicate of my person, there is no way to indicate that I am finished processing that hint, i.e., a checkmark in the golden circle at the bottom of the hint screen. I certainly would appreciate a way to REJECT/DISMISS the hint to get it off my screen.
  2. Since I am not always active or on time with the Campign Hints, I'd like a way to get to the current Hints campaign AND past ones to process them. I know about the HINTS hypertext on the main page when logging in. Those hints do NOT include the campaign hints. I also use the blue ICONS on the person screens and tree. These also are NOT the Campaign hints. I saw something about a Calendar that did this in the past, but the answer on this site no longer works. Please help.
  3. I submitted details via the FS email @ AND via Feedback. It appears that both only go to the FS help personnel who know nothing about answering thsi nor how to get it to REAL Feedback processors at FS. This implementation of Idea Suggestion is nice, but finding it as a nightmare. Whay I can't I have the mechanism to suggest an idea directly from the FS main dialog? Or a REAL pointer to submit a Feedback that goes to the right people? Please consider.

Thank you

Thank you for you feedback. We will get it to the appropriate team. I can't speak toward your other concerns, but in regard to your #3 concern, I just want to let you know that getting the users thoughts and opinions back to the product teams is a very important issue in the minds of both the product and support teams and steps are currently being taken to improve the process. The product teams sometimes have a lot on their plate, and they may not have the bandwidth to prioritize changes immediately, but I want you to know that they really appreciate the feedback, they review and discuss it frequently and actively take it into consideration.
