Looking for descendants of the Papa family who emigrated to Butler County,NE, 19th Cent.
My name is Feitze Papa, writing a book about 3 brothers and 3 sisters who emigrated from Friesland to Butler County, Nebraska in the late 19th century. I would like to find a way to get in touch with relatives of the following families: Henry Papa (1858-1919); Etta Papa (1862-1940);John Papa (1870-1948);Hattie Papa (1868-1911);Grace Papa (1875-1866) and Fred Papa (1872-1951). But also of the following families: Tabitha, Ada, Sipke, Vigor, Gertie, Dewey Vigor Vanderkolk; James Varnum Wood (1845-1925), Henry Foster Alma (1859-1943); Tennis and Gayette Hookstra and others. I am looking for pictures, stories, letters, and anecdotes. Therefore, I would very much like to get in touch with relatives, descendants of these families. I thought the best way to do this is to make an appeal in a newspaper in Nebraska, but maybe someone who read this have another suggestion.

It looks like you might try Ettje "Etta" Jans Papa G4ZY-9PD and contact Mark Griep. He made some changes on FamilySearch in 2022.
You could also join the https://www.facebook.com/groups/MidwestGenealogyResearchCommunity
