Indexing Expiration

The last three lengthy batches I have worked on have been closed on me, saying expired. This is happening to me early in the mornings on the due date. Should we not be allowed to finish these on the due date. Sample-today I worked 45 minutes and was 3/4 done on the project and it disappeared. This is the third time this week and is frustrating to not have til the end of the day to finish.

The Due Date is midnight GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) on that day. I am working on a batch that is due today and I am five hours behind GMT, so it's actually due at 7:00 tonight.

    Here's a converter for reference:

Thank you. It is so frustrating at ten in the morning to have your last hours worth of work just wiped off the screen.

it looks like I am -6 hours behind GMT so I should have my batches submitted by 6 pm which would be great, but yesterday the batch expired at 10:00 AM and Friday the batch expired at 3:45PM, so somewhere they are jumping the gun.
