How to report website problem?
There seems to be no way to report an issue with a website problem. The collection listed below is supposed to be on-line, but when you click the link, the message is that the page cannot be found. (Parish registers for Hipswell, 1664-1921)
There should be some way to report technical issues like this.

That's not a technical issue. That's a contract issue, and the contract with the record holder only allows viewing at an FSC or Affiliate Library.

I'm getting this, which is likely to cause confusion as trying later will change nothing: you will still not be able to view these images from home however much later you leave it:

I agree the wording could be better on the Collection page. It could be construed as the images being available when only the index/extract is available.
But this image has the skinny - you can search the index, but the images are under the lock.

Well, Paul (tongue in cheek) if later is when you are at the library or the FSC, it will work.
The messages have changed over time. They formerly were more explicit. Over time, the messages have become more vague. I have not seen a specific explanation, but I suspect I know why they have become less explicit.
