Active Batches

It is very disconcerting when I am actively working on a batch only to have it suddenly expire. Could you possibly work it so that the program can detect if the batch is active and if so block the automatic expiration feature?

If not, it would be helpful if the batch in my list had a time signature so I could tell if I have enough time to finish it or not.

Especially when Projects are almost complete - the expiration process may be 'expedited'. There hasn't been much further development on web indexing app for some time. I don't know if Familysearch is taking requests for active development in the Indexing category (there have been requests but no response that I have seen).
