In batch [MQWJ-RWL], in the New York, Tompkins Mortgage records,

I have been entering "Supervisor of Lansing" for the first 14 entries in the Mortgagee Corporation or Organization Name section. The 15th record had Supervisor of Ulysses, and a name. I looked at the back pages and don't see a name for the Supervisor of Lansing.

My question--do I enter a name in the Mortgagee section if there is one, or just use the Corporation or Organization entry space throughout?

Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Yes you will. Entry 15 will have two Mortgagees. The first is Supervisor of Lansing in the Corporation field and the second is Alex Bower in the Given and Surname fields. Anytime you see two or more names, whether it be two people, two corporations or one of each in either the Mortgagee or Mortgagor side, you will have separate entries for each.
