How do I report errors in an indexed record

When I find that the gender or date has been indexed incorrectly, is it possible to submit this information so corrections can be made?

Thanks

It depends on the record collection. If the image is not on FamilySearch, then a correction cannot be made. Many collections now have an "Edit" button, and you can make the change yourself.

A more specific answer may be possible, if you want to share a URL to the record,
