Please add Saint Mary's Cemetery in East Moline, Rock Island, Illinois, United States to the list of cemeteries that can be selected when entering the burial information of a person. According to 'find a grave' I think that the people of Moline and Silvis (Illinois) were buried in that cemetery in East Moline. Maybe the current choice of "Saint Mary's Cemetery" at Moline is wrong.

Suggestions for additions or changes to the Places database can be made from the Places tool/page that genthusiast linked to. For example, if you think that Saint Mary's should be listed under East Moline rather than Moline, you can click the "Improve This Place" button, select "Parent Place" for "what is wrong", and then write a short explanation. It helps if you have a link supporting your suggestion, such as a Wikipedia page.
However, a cemetery (or church, or farm, or whatever other specific location) does not need to be in the Places database in order for you to use it in Family Tree. It is perfectly possible and allowed to enter something like "Stuart family farm, Moline, Rock Island, Illinois, United States" for the displayed placename, with "Moline, Rock Island, Illinois, United States" chosen as the associated standardized location.
(No, this will not put the map pin right in the middle of Uncle Stu's farmhouse, but does it really need to? FamilySearch isn't a navigation device, but a genealogy site.)

As a resident of Belgium it's not my responsibility to decide whether Saint Mary's Cemetery is located in Moline or in East Moline. I am not the system administrator of FamilySearch. I only noted that on 'Find a grave' Saint Mary's Cemetery was always located at East Moline and never at Moline. When you google this cemetery (saint mary's cemetery moline), you get the same: St Mary's Cemetery St Mary's Cemetery = Begraafplaats in East Moline, Illinois and with address '2301 3rd St, East Moline, IL 61244, Verenigde Staten'. So I only want a FamilySearch administrator to add this cemetery in the list of cemeteries that can be selected in the automatically proposed list. Thanks.

I can see how correcting places from another country or language may make one wary of contributing such. For my part - I just jump in and submit additions/corrections to FamilySearch Places team - and then yes - as administrators they make a decision.
You can help FamilySearch with submitting places FamilySearch database does not contain ('new places') and correcting existing incorrect places ('improve this place'). As a Community - this is the exact reason FamilySearch has made the Places database submittable for new places and for place corrections. FamilySearch will never get to adding/correcting all places without Community help. Even with community help it may never be completed - especially since people like to argue about places. If you are researching a place and want it to be 'correctly standardized' - you can do so. No uncle Stu's outhouse/water closet on his farm doesn't need to be pinned on the map - unless you want to share that with family.
If you do not care whether a place is submitted to the database for 'standardization' you can do as Julia shows above.
For this specific example, I don't know if your request would better be put in the Places group or if a Moderator monitors such request (I am sure it would help them if put in Places group) - but to submit the needed corrections:
2) click Improve This Place:
Add the correction of Parent Place - East Moline:
Once you submit new places or place corrections - the places team will let you know of the additions - if accepted.
Places are important to add/correct. Hopefully Community will help. I have submitted Alternate Name - Saint Mary's Cemetery and Parent Place - East Moline.
side-note for interest: You can Search within a Parent Place - listing all places it contains. For example, East Moline: https://www.familysearch.org/research/places/?includeIsParent=true&primaryText=East%20Moline,%20Rock%20Island,%20Illinois,%20United%20States&reqParents=4058497&reqParentsLabel=City&reqParentsType=186&searchTypeaheadInputText=Search%20Within:East%20Moline,%20Rock%20Island,%20Illinois,%20United%20States
