What can I do? When I move the curser to enter data, it moves image, then I can't see data.
I really want to do indexing, but this problem makes it almost impossible. I've talked to stake Family Hx leaders and a number they gave me to call FS. both said have someone check my laptop, also to get a separate mouse, because I was using the built in one on keyboard. My PC checked out OK as far as they could tell, I got a logitec mouse, and it worked right for a while, but now it is doing that again!
2nd Problem: Today I tried a batch and put in first info, then realized the image was partially covered. Also the last letter of first name was like a filled "o" on the 1st image,The 2nd image name ended with "v" like someone else, but otherwise they matched, also birth and other dates. So I tried to mark the first not to index, but it wouldn't let me. I entered the data on the 2nd image (had to exit and going back in a couple times due to curser ptoblem). I tried to send the batch, but there were too many errors, so I tried deleting the limited data on the 1st image, but it still wouldn't send. I didn't know what else to do, so I had to sent the batch back. Any suggestions?

@genaldale Here's something you might try: While you are on your Family Search account, reading this comment, click on the link below:
Go to https://familysearch.org/cookies. When the Reset your cookies? appears, click Yes. (Optional) Reset your cookie preferences, if you do not like the default choice. Instruction are listed in the related articles, below. Note: This feature only removes FamilySearch cookies from your browser.
Afterwards, click on Find A Project and choose one batch to index. If you still have problems, come back to the Forum and give the Project Name and the Batch Code found in brackets ie [XXXX-XXX] with your questions/ problem. Keep that Batch in your queue (do not submit or return) and someone who knows computers much better than I do, will try to help. Do give this Forum 24-48 hours for answers/help as we are all on different time zones - example I'm on US Mountain Time and its 9:12pm now -- Hope this helps😎

You can also use keyboard shortcuts to move from one data field to the next. That way - whatever the problem with using laptop pad/mouse can be worked around - you would only need to use your mouse if you were zooming/moving the image.
Here is the document for using Indexing app keyboard shortcuts:
