Source linker is doubling names

Especially since it does not seem to have been a problem that everyone encountered. Hope I don't jinx myself, but I never saw the name-doubling issue. A problem that is intermittent or that does not impact all users can be much harder to isolate and correct.

Thanks, everyone for your feedback. Again, I apologize for taking extra time to find the right team but boy did they jump all over it when I found them. They are also working to do a data fixup to remove the duplicate names that occurred in the past so you might still see this a bit. Just know that they are working hard to clean this up. Thanks again!
