Why would FamilySearch restrict a cemetery Index image from the MSGenWeb Project?

Why would FamilySearch restrict a cemetery Index image from the MSGenWeb Project? I see nothing that should be offensive on the image/page. The index page is a part of the the MSGenWeb Project website. The image is: https://familysearch.org/photos/artifacts/172763728. I addressed something like this to FamilySearch some years ago when their "system" restricted a portrait of a long-passed relative who happeded to be holding a tobacco pipe in his hand. When I questioned the rational for the restriction FamilySearch replied that the portrait should not have been restricted and it is on the website today. Is this the correct current/correct forum to get this issue resolved?

The initial review of any upload to the Memories section is made by a computer algorithm - not a human. lt usually gets it wrong, in my experience. Reply to the email requesting a human review, and it will probably be approved and the restriction removed.
