I think you should add a "Reason" for Dismissing the "Unfinished Attachements" so others can find out why you dismissed the rest of the "Unfinished Attachments", so they don't have to research why you did it.

How would anyone find out that the notice had been dismissed? This is not something that's tracked in the change log, since it's a display thing, not a change to the data.
