Never change the source link page. It is amazing now.
I have added ~7.5 crap-ton* of names in Family Search, about 10 in Ancestry and some other amount in My Heritage.
Every time I link a source to someone, I take a beat to appreciate Family Search's source linker. It is - by far - the best of the lot. It easily allows me to link to nearby family members, even ones that are not considered immediate family by the document.
(I will admit that getting complex alignments right was tricky but once I got that down, I wouldn't trade FS's linker for anything.)
In contrast, Ancestry only lets us link the most immediate family and even then, only when they're recognized by the document as immediate. This would not include, for example, a spouse's parents. In all other cases, we must manually open each person's profile and manually link them to the document. It can be quite tedious.
So please don't change your source linker FS. My soul can only stand so much crushing.
*That's a US (or short) crap-ton of 2000 names. An imperial crap-ton would be 2240 names and metric is about 2204.

There's a reason nearly everything on the other genealogy sites is unsourced: attaching sources is just Too Dinged Hard on them. (Ancestry is not actually the worst one. I think Geni takes the prize on this.)
Source Linker is great, but the FamilySearch sourcing tool that I think is genius is the Source Box, and specifically its ability to create a linked set of instances of the same source. This is invaluable for unindexed (or incompletely-indexed) records: it allows me to create a single source, with a full transcription and/or translation, and then attach it to everyone mentioned -- and then, when (not if) I notice a typo in my notes, I only need to fix it once, wherever I happened to be when I noticed it, and it will be fixed on Every Single Profile where it's attached. I don't need to visit the profiles of all twenty-odd relatives from the funeral notice; I can just fix it once and be done.
What would be the absolute pinnacle of genius would be a combination of Source Linker and linked instances: while the ability to attach by ID from my source box is good, it can get a tad tedious. It'd be much easier if I could create a source from an image in the left-hand column, and attach it to whoever I needed to in the right-hand column, Source-Linker-style.
