On Image 1, the mother's Surname is Ashley.
On Image 2, the following: the father's name is Kremer Or George (given) and George Or Kremer (Surname). You can see the second instance on the "Signature of Informant" line (line #29a) on the bottom left of the document. Also, the mother's Given Name is Eileen Lois.
As a hint, you can always check the "Signature of Informant" line in the case of Image 2 or if the mother signed her married name; ie Mary Smith's married name is Jones and she signed it Mary Jones. You would index her Surname as Smith Jones.
