Name Review

This is more of a question. I am doing name reviews. In some cases, the ai identifies a Given Name as a Surname, or viceversa. How do I fix that? I could not find a way to change it. The name may be correct, however, is not identified correctly as Given Name or Surname. Thanks

I have noticed that sometimes there are boxes for "Given Names" only. The persons given names and SURNAMES also appear in the "Given Names" boxes. I guess that means we should type in the given names over the suggested surnames. I also notice that sometimes the "input boxes" seem to jump around a lot on the document and maybe the Surnames get input elsewhere by someone else.
