Where can I find birth records for Alsace Lorraine about 1700 to 1750?

My original Aubery ancestor in the U.S. is Dr. John Frederick Aubery. Family lore says he was born in Alsace Lorraine, but no birth year. I do know that he served as a surgeon in the British army commanded by Genl. James Wolfe in the French and Indian War. It is said that he claimed that he dressed the wounds of the mortally wounded general in the battle of Quebec in 1759.

Where may I find birth records for Alsace Lorraine during the period of about 1700 to 1750?

Have you checked the Wiki for Alsace-Lorraine? There are links to the various departments of the region. https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Alsace-Lorraine,_France_Genealogy

You'll be looking for baptismal records, rather than birth records, in that early time period.
