Why aren't you accepting my indexing after I submit it?
For the past 3 days the batches I have been submitting still appear in my queue. I've done a fair bit of indexing and this is the first time this has happened. I'm afraid to continue because they aren't being downloaded on your end.

Hi @DonnaBreckenridge1 I think this is a system glitch because its happening on lots of different batches and lots of indexers are reporting the same problem. For now, step away from indexing for 10-15 min then come back in and try opening & submitting each batch again -- do not delete any entries or any batches from your queue - I'm also tagging moderator @Maile L because she has seen these before and FS technical folks are working on it. Another personal thought is that it could be system overload at a particular time of day ---BUT I am technology-disabled. Hope this works for you😎
